A family legacy

From Bent Jbeil, since 1956

Hashem's Roastery began with Ahmad Hashem, known as Abo Ali Sheikh Deeb, and grew through generations around the aromas, tastes and everyday rituals of our community.

Our roastery is your roastery.

Where it began

Our grandfather Ahmad Hashem, known as Abo Ali Sheikh Deeb, founded the roastery in Bent Jbeil. His craft and generosity became the foundation of the family business.

The early years

A place in the heart of town

The original store became part of daily life in Bent Jbeil, a familiar place for coffee, spices, nuts and conversation, shared from one generation to the next.

Continuity

Built again in Bent Jbeil

The family continued the tradition in a newer Bent Jbeil store. During the war, that store was destroyed. The place was lost, but the craft, the memories and the promise to continue remain.

A legacy carried forward

Mohammad Hashem's legacy

Our father, Mohammad Hashem, devoted his life to Hashem's Roastery. After his passing, his sons and his family continue the work he cherished, carrying his values, knowledge and legacy into the next generation.

Beirut branch

Hashem's Roastery has opened its new branch in Beirut, carrying the taste, care and family spirit of Bent Jbeil forward.
